Clarity, connection, & everything in between
2025 was a turning point for us.
It was our first full year focused entirely on social impact and social enterprise consulting, a shift we had been inching toward for a long time, both organically and through an intentional move made late last year. We made this change because it reflects where our hearts and skills meet. We help mission-driven organizations build clarity, stability, and confidence when things feel uncertain so they can do good work for a long time.
This year truly put that commitment to the test. Across our network, we saw organizations navigating political change, funding pressures, and leadership transitions, the kind of challenges that can leave even the most passionate teams feeling stretched thin and stressed out. We also witnessed people showing up for one another, leaders grounding their teams in shared purpose, communities stepping forward to keep vital work moving, and partners leaning on collaboration when things got tough. Staff, boards, funders, partners, and so many more worked from a place of abundance, not scarcity.
We are deeply gratefulto have been part of that work. Standing beside organizations, helping them steady the ground beneath them, and bringing focus to what matters most has been a privilege. When people have clarity and support, transformation does not just happen, it lasts.
