What we’ve been working on—& what’s ahead
Meaningful change isn’t measured in months or years— it’s measured in what lasts.
This isn’t just a philosophy. It’s how we work. Every conversation we’ve had, every plan we’ve built, and every partnership we’ve nurtured. From refining how we operate, both within our team and in how we show up to the world, to delivering measurable outcomes for our clients, we’ve worked alongside extraordinary mission-driven organizations to ensure the work we do together doesn’t just make a difference today—it builds the foundation for lasting impact.
Every initiative we’ve launched, every process we’ve refined, and every collaboration we’ve nurtured has been rooted in one purpose: helping organizations do good work for a long time. That commitment starts with the people who shape our work. This year, we’re excited to introduce someone whose expertise and values embody exactly what “good work” means for us and for our clients.
Meet Jordan Ely

Jordan’s arrival is just one way we’ve strengthened our team this year. We’ve also refreshed how we tell our story, capturing the impact of our work and the successes of our partners in ways that are clear, compelling, and easy to share.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce our updated Capabilities Deck and website—two tools that showcase the depth of our services, the talent behind our work, and the measurable results we create alongside mission-driven organizations.

For the first time, our services are paired with real-world case studies that show what’s possible when collaboration, creativity, and strategy align.
Here’s a quick highlight from the report:
Strategic Planning: Our Specialty Our plans reflect real experiences, elevate voices, and give leaders a clear path forward. We engaged 472 stakeholders for the Center for Public Safety Excellence’s most inclusive plan and created a 3–5 year roadmap for Santa Fe Youth Services that refined its mission and brand positioning.
Operations: We’ve redesigned Measure’s organizational structure and for E3 Alliance, we created a comprehensive strategic business plan.
Program Design:We launched Austin’s Green Workforce Accelerator for 20+ nonprofits and co-created Leadership Austin’s Lead Across Differences program.
Facilitation: We helped align leadership, set measurable priorities, strengthen governance, and deepen community engagement for: SVP San Antonio, Empowering Women Out of Prison, and Chestnut NRC.
Interim Leadership: We guided Urban Roots, Good Work Austin, Project Transitions, and EarthShare Texas through leadership changes.
Executive Search: We led The Other Ones Foundation through a seamless leadership transition.
Building on the successes in our refreshed Capabilities Deck, we recently partnered with Austin Water for an in-person strategic planning session. It was a full day of co-creation with division managers, executive leadership, and members of the strategic planning committee.
Austin Water Facilitation
Together, we shaped a vision-driven, community-centered roadmap for the utility’s future. The room was filled with energy, thoughtful dialogue, and a shared commitment to strengthening Austin Water’s ability to serve its community.
This project reflects what we aim to do in every engagement: help organizations create strategies grounded in real needs, owned by their people, and designed for long-term impact. We’re grateful for the opportunity to bring our strategic planning framework to such a dedicated group of public servants and to contribute to a plan that will help Austin Water thrive for years to come.
This year so far has been about building the foundations for impact that lasts. Each milestone, partnership, and success has been a step toward the same goal: helping organizations do good work for a long time.
We’re grateful to the leaders, teams, and communities who trust us with their vision, and we’re energized for the chapters ahead. Together, we’re building more than plans—we’re building futures that last.
